Mount Livata - Summer

Mount Livata in Subiaco is a well-known ski resort in the winter. From spring to autumn, the area is known for its stunning nature and landscapes. The beech woods and clearings offer breathtaking views, an abundance of wildlife and the stunning colours of springtime flowers, making this area an ideal destination for pleasant walks.

Horse riding and cycling are among the activities that visitors can enjoy at Monte Livata when the weather is good. Dedicated facilities for tennis, football and crazy golf are also available. Livata is also known both in Italy and abroad for its orienteering competitions: the area is the perfect scenario for this type of sports due to its unique morphology.

This is also the starting point for many pilgrims who reach Mount Livata every year to walk along the path that takes them to the Santuario della Santissima Trinità, in Vallepietra.
